I have been a regular customer of Rao Santosh R MD and I must say that the service is pretty average. The staff is friendly and the waiting times are not too long, but there is nothing exceptional about the experience. The doctor is knowledgeable and competent, but lacks the warmth and personal touch that I would prefer in a healthcare provider. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
