I approached the tourist office to ask for information on two monuments in Granada and the answer was literally: "You have all the information on the website".
Unfortunate that public money is spent to pay a person who tells you to look at it on the web, what are they there for then?
It is a shame that in a city as touristy and important as Granada, tourists are cared for like this, and a colleague by profession says so.
If you need any information, go to the cathedral office, there they do give proper attention.
