I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate Jenko ltd as average. The overall experience was not bad, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be a bit slow in responding to my queries. It took them a few days to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating. The products offered by Jenko ltd are of good quality, but I think they can work on expanding their range. Overall, Jenko ltd is an okay company to purchase from.
