Spoke to someone. They let me know my product has...

Spoke to someone. They let me know my product has arrived. Drove all the way to the other side of the city. They then tell me they shipped my product to the other side of the city. So I now have to drive another 30 minutes. Over an hour wasted of my time. Thank a lot.
