I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Universo and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to all the main attractions in Lucca. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Lucca.
