I usually shop at the Sephora in the danbury fair mall (much bigger selection in my opinion) anyways I was shook by the customer service at this location. Normally I walk into Sephora am greeted and within the first 2 minutes am asked if I need any help... here NOPE they will look you up and down while watching you search for products and not say a single word, when I asked if they have lipstick samples or could make me one I was told no... which is ridiculous your telling me in a MAKEUP store you don t have any lipstick samples the women didn t even give me time to specify a brand or shade range before saying no... I will not be going back to this Sephora, learn how to treat your customers. Thx.
