Toni is by far the best agent I have worked with in the entire US. She went above and beyond my expectations. Among many quality attributes a few that stand out are integrity, doing what is right, holding people accountable, direct and honest with all parties involved. An example of these attributes was with the house we ended up purchasing that had a number of unseen items that turned into a fortuitous situation based on how Toni navigated and wrote up the contract with the seller. Toni also a grew up in the area and has a contact for any situation that may come your way. I couldn't have asked for a better partner in buying a house.
