I have been a customer of BANK OF IRELAND ASSET MGMT LTD for many years now, and I have found their services to be quite average. The customer support team is not very responsive and sometimes I have to wait for a long time to get my queries resolved. The online banking system is also not very user-friendly. However, the interest rates offered by the bank are decent, so that is a plus point. Overall, I would say that this bank is just average.
