Price and quality fine.
Too bad breakfast is very expensive.

We got for 2p:
Coffee and tea.
2 glasses of orange juice (not fresh).
2 mini croissants,
2 mini brown balls, 2 slices of brown bread, 2 slices of cheese and ham, jam and a small bowl of fruit.
And a bowl of scrambled eggs from the steamer. (not tasty). Putting it in the pan is almost as quick and is much tastier.
For this we paid 25.00.

Jug of coffee or tea.
For croissant I would take a large one (the small ones dry very quickly).
More types of bread or buns.
More types of toppings (cheese, ham and jam is a bit sparse).
Cooked eggs.
Some more sweet fillings.
Yogurt and / or quark, milk and buttermilk.
Muesli ed.
Fresh fruit.
Some more local products (doing well). People also want to pay a little more for that.
I hope you can do something with this.
Would be a very good addition to your hotel.
