I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate FLEX Automation as average. The company's website flexautomation.net is easy to navigate and has a user-friendly interface. However, I feel that the customer support could be improved. The response time for queries is a bit slow and sometimes I have to wait for a long time to get a resolution. Overall, my experience with FLEX Automation has been satisfactory.
