I have been a customer of Wave Communications LLC for several years now and I must say their services are average. Although they provide decent internet speeds, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. It often takes forever to get a response from their support team and their technicians are not very knowledgeable. I have had multiple issues with my connection and it always takes them days to fix it. Overall, I would say that Wave Communications LLC is an average company.
