I had a mixed experience with Eyes Wide Open, LLC. Their customer service was great, very responsive and helpful. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of their products. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. But when I received my order, some of the items were damaged and the packaging was not as professional as I had expected. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
