I graduated in 2010. I grew up in a house that loved motorsports and car culture but none of us really knew what we were doing. I also didnt know what to do when I graduated high school. But a friend of mine showed me UTI and I reluctantly pulled the trigger and decided to take the automotive program. Since then Ive been on an automotive journey of a lifetime. Im currently a lead tech at a GM dealer and I have several project cars that I need absolutely no help on and it feels great to complete project after project and have a passion for what you do everyday to the point I still feel like doing it once I get home. If your dream is to build and own your dream car you can do it through this program. If you just waant to be financially stable and support your family as an essential worker, you can find that in this industry. The first steps are hard but it levels out and I urge those who want to be in this field to gain the courage, in my case I couldnt be more happy.
