I recently purchased a software from a well-known company, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed. The software is clunky and difficult to navigate. The features are limited, and it lacks the functionality I was expecting. On top of that, the customer support is unresponsive and unhelpful. I regret not choosing Bitmanagement instead.
