I had a mixed experience with BioImagine. While their imaging services were of good quality, I found their customer support to be lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my queries and their website could use some improvement in terms of usability. However, once I received the results, I was satisfied with the quality. They have room for improvement in terms of customer support.
