I had a very average experience with The Laurels of Hilliard, LLC. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean, but I felt that the quality of care could have been better. The nurses seemed overwhelmed and there were often long wait times for medications. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.
