Ralph and the team at Impact Computers were incredible. I placed an order and quickly received an update and check in from their team. A few days later I received another update while their business was stuck waiting for a new shipment of batteries to arrive. They gave me options and reordered for me when the new batteries came in. I then received another update about the shipping status and received responses to my emails (four of them) the same day I sent each one. It's hard to find good customer service like this nowadays and I wanted to make sure others knew just how much I appreciated the interactions and experience from Impact.
