I recently visited Kirk Chiropractic and Forme Medical and Rehab of Findlay and had a great experience! The staff was friendly and professional, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The chiropractor was knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my concerns and tailor a treatment plan that was specific to my needs.
