The experience I had with Kick'n it - defining the culture was satisfactory overall. Their team was professional and delivered the desired outcomes. However, I felt that there were certain areas where improvements could be made. The communication could have been more transparent and proactive, especially during the initial stages of the project. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts and would consider working with them again in the future.
