I've been a customer of SoftBox for a few months and I have mixed feelings about their services. On one hand, their website is user-friendly and the customer support team is helpful. On the other hand, there have been a few instances where I encountered technical issues that took longer to resolve than expected. Overall, I would rate SoftBox as an average company.
