I've been using Pathfactory for a few months now and I must say, it's been an average experience so far. The platform is easy to navigate and the features offered are decent. However, there are a few areas where they could improve. The analytics dashboard is a bit confusing and could use some simplification. Overall, Pathfactory has been an average tool for our marketing team.
