If I could give zero stars for this practice, I would. 1. The receptionist is extremely rude and dismissive (screamed, "WELL WHO ARE YOU?" on the phone at me), and 2. Dr. Zuckerbrod could not care any less about my severe mental illnesses and wanted no part of providing me any more help than linking me with a terrible therapist. For someone that was showing and verbally expressing a need for significant help, Dr. Zuckerbrod and her receptionists did not do anything for me besides provide me with great shame, anger, and dismissal of my serious health concerns.
