I had a mixed experience with Sanbot. While their customer service was responsive and helpful, I found their product to be lacking in some areas. The robot's movements were a bit jerky and it had trouble understanding some of my commands. However, it did have some cool features like voice recognition and object detection. Overall, I would give Sanbot an average rating.
