I’ve been a customer of Looop, Inc. for over a year now and I must say, they have been average in terms of their service and product quality. The website is user-friendly and the products are of decent quality. However, there have been instances where I faced delays in delivery and had to wait longer than expected. Overall, I would rate them as average.
