I am very disappointed with this hotel. I am used to order food for dinner from Uber eats or deliveroo. Hence, I asked the reception for a plate, and some cutlery to have my dinner upstairs in my room. For my surprise, the hotel staff was very unfriendly. They gave me the plate, but i was told i could buy a plastic knife and a fork at the supermarket instead. It is unbelievable! I was shocked! I know it is a 3 stars hotel, but i have never experienced something like that in my life as a hotel guest. The staff is not professional.
Also, when i came back to my room, after a long day at the beach, the trash and dirty cutlery haven t been removed from the previous night. I was told that the clean lady refused to take away the dirty dishes from the room, as she doesn t like to remove these kind of utensils.
Definitely I won t come back here. It doesn t worth it.
