I have had a mixed experience with Lokai. Some of their products are great, while others are not as impressive. The ones I've purchased with heart symbols on them started to lose color after a few weeks of wear. However, their customer service was responsive and promptly sent me a replacement. I appreciate their effort to make things right. Overall, I would say Lokai is a company that cares about customer satisfaction.
