My experience with Ortez Tiles Delivery LLC was average. The delivery was timely and the tiles were in good condition. However, the quality of the tiles was not as great as I expected. The staff was helpful but not very knowledgeable. Overall, it was an okay experience but I would probably look for a different tile delivery service next time.
