I recently had the opportunity to interact with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent amount of information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a long time to get a response to my inquiry, and when I finally did, the representative seemed impatient and unhelpful. Additionally, while the services they offer seem promising, the pricing was a bit high compared to other similar companies. On the positive side, the company does offer a variety of virtual business solutions, which is convenient. Overall, my experience with this company was not exceptional, but it was also not terrible. If they improve their customer service and consider adjusting their prices, they have the potential to be a solid option for virtual business systems.
