The hotel is neglected, dirty, the entrance to the room immediately feels stale, the bathroom is unusable, the toilet seat is broken, the paddling pool is leaking, water is leaking into the room. After reporting a damaged shower tray in the bathroom, room 16 was given a new room 114, it was in a completely different condition than our first one. During our absence, the hotel staff entered our room 114 and transferred all our personal belongings to the first one 16.
