I've been using Ibims GmbH services for a while now and I must say they are quite average. The quality of their products is decent, the customer service is okay, and the prices are reasonable. However, I feel like there is room for improvement. Sometimes it takes a bit too long to receive a response from their support team. Overall, I would rate them as average.
