Had never been here and went for my 17th birthday and although it ended up storming, we got rainchecks and were able to comeback any time that fit us. It was really straightforward, no problems with staff, etc. When we did finally go back, which was about a month afterwards, we got right in/no issues, and had a great time. So much to do here and while it is more expensive, it's worth it. It's TWO parks and you can go back and forth all day. And each park has more than enough to do. Two cons: the lifeguards werent too friendly. Ive experienced this at most waterparks though; regardless, hire some people with smiles on their faces. It's a family place. Secondly, they charge for EVERYTHING. Parking, entrance, even a tube for the lazy river. Pretty ridiculous. I advise going on a weekday because it can get really overcrowded.
