Drove from Des Moines to get my daughter her first tattoo. We had studied up on the website for the requirements for tattooing a minor, and we had all the necessary documentation. Unfortunately, the website doesn t state that they won t tattoo a minor below the elbow. The guy at the desk was super nice about it, and I respect their position, but it was a little frustrating that it wasn t part of the information on the website. I guess we ll just wait a few more months until she s 18 and use our local artist.
