I've had a positive experience with Billings Hlth Affl Fdral Cr Un. The customer service is friendly and professional, and I have found their rates to be competitive. The only improvement I would suggest is to update their mobile app to provide additional functionality. Nevertheless, I would recommend this credit union to others.
