I recently used the services of this security company and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, their customer service was responsive and helpful. The technician who installed the system was knowledgeable and professional. However, I did encounter some technical issues with the equipment that required multiple service calls to resolve. The overall system functionality and app interface were not as intuitive as I had hoped, and I struggled with some of the features. Additionally, I found the monthly monitoring fees to be on the higher side compared to other companies in the market.
