The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the purchasing process smooth. However, I did encounter some issues with the shipping and customer service. The delivery took longer than expected, and the communication with the customer service team was not as efficient as I had hoped. It would be great if they could improve in these areas to enhance the overall customer experience.
