The only reason I m giving this office a 2 star is...

The only reason I m giving this office a 2 star is because the only good thing was the Medical Assistant/Nurse that assisted me with my visit. I had an appointment at 930 and got there a couple minutes early and remind you this was my first time there. I filled out all the paperwork electronically prior to coming there so i wouldn t have to wait as long. I sat down in the waiting from at 9:26 my name didn t get called til 10. What ticked me off was that the doctor was only in my room for 10 minutes. I waited longer in the waiting room so i was even more annoyed at this point. Well i went to go check out and i schedule my next appointment and they told me that i have a co pay. I have double insurance so you don t know what my co pay is going to be until you FILE both of my Insurance s which is what i have been told by EVERY PHYSICIAN PRACTICE I HAVE BEEN TOO in the last month because i have been having health issues. But the lady who checked me out wanted to tell me i had to pay this and was rude about it . I get they want to get their money and i had to follow up in a month for a return visit which at that point once they filed both my Insurance s i would have had to pay to get seen. I feel as though this should have been handled better.
