Neoresid is an average company. They provide decent services at an affordable price. I have been a customer of Neoresid for a few months and overall, I am satisfied with their service. However, there have been a few instances where I had to contact their customer support for assistance, and the response time was quite slow. This is something they should improve upon. Other than that, I would recommend Neoresid to others.
