I have been a customer of Spid metris for the past year and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the products are of good quality. However, their customer support could be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response and the representatives are not always helpful. Overall, I would give them 3 out of 5 stars.
