I had a mixed experience with Trinity Defense Group. Overall, their customer service was excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, the quality of their products was average at best. I expected more given the high price tag. Despite this, I would still recommend Trinity Defense Group for their exceptional customer service.
