I had a less than stellar experience with Tesl Canada. While their website was easy to navigate, I encountered issues with the ordering process. The delivery of my product was delayed, and when it finally arrived, it was damaged. I reached out to their customer service, but the response was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times before getting a resolution. The lack of efficient communication and the inconvenience caused were disappointing.
