In terms of a luxury, volume, and variety, I would recommend Young America all prospective college students or current student still looking for housing. I live in luxury unit of theirs, above Papa Johns specifically, and I could not be more satisfied. I have no serious maintenance or amenity issues, and the minor issues I had had a 24 hour or less turnaround. I live right across from campus, and right down the street from their office. The apartments come fully furnished and utilities included! I have not had a problem with any hidden fees or delinquent rent payments; the operating system they have us use (propertyware) is the same used in the office. Overall, i have had nothing but professional experiences in the office, and again, would recommend them to anyone.
