I have been a customer of Bts software (uk) ltd for a while now and I must say, their services are average. The overall experience has been satisfactory, but there is definitely room for improvement. The website is user-friendly and the customer support is responsive. However, there have been a few instances where I faced issues that took longer than expected to resolve. The rate at which they address these concerns could be better. Overall, Bts software (uk) ltd is not bad, but there are better options out there.
