I just had a great contactless appointment at BRVC...

I just had a great contactless appointment at BRVC and saw Dr. Bain for the first time. I attended the appointment by zoom in my car while my dog attended in the office. A staff member came out to my car and brought my dog in. Dr. Bain took all the time needed to explore all the options. It was very much like I was in the room with them. At the end staff came out with credit card reader to pay and brought my medicine with her. I had given additional diagnostic notes and pictures in advance for Dr. Bain to observe and read so he could diagnose. Highly recommend this practice. My regular Dr here is Dr. Williams who I really like. I've been going here for 1 1/2 years and have been a happy camper.
