The Shangri La Hotel in Singapore was just outstanding, the best hotel that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. The attention to detail and presentation of the hotel and rooms was as expected. The nice addition of night lights, and automatic curtains together with special touches such as chocolates in the room with complementary bottle water was really appreciated. These little touches made our holiday that little bit more special. Everything was just perfect. The housemaid Lyric on 22nd floor was so pleasant and it was a joy to see you every morning and evening.
