It is a bit of both. Friendly people, 1 on 1 they would like to help you. Accessories (clothing, boots) at very reasonable prices. Via the internet and china it can always be cheaper but they have a sense of quality and therefore: not the cheapest but the good stuff. Workplace comparable, thinking along, friendly, even before 9 a.m. they neatly open the door for you. Con; workshop prices. I have a GSX650F, not a very exciting PK engine, daily work up and down. Check valves with setting (and that is difficult!) 400 euros. I think that is too much. Chain replaced price 215 euros for a low power engine or again reasonable.

Positive: a free loan motor and all points above. All-round good mentality and I think that is slightly more important than the last ten, check the rates before you go into the workplace, if you can (and have the time) always best.
