I have been going to Riccobono's Panola Street Cafe for years and it never disappoints. The breakfast options are amazing and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The pancakes are fluffy and delicious, and the omelettes are packed with flavor. I highly recommend trying the shrimp and grits - it's seriously the best I've had in New Orleans. The cafe has a cozy and laid-back atmosphere, perfect for starting your day off right. I can't say enough good things about this place!
