I had lived there for 3 years, even though there was some unhappy experience due to their lack of maintenance of the community gate and swimming pool in the middle, overall this place is very good to live. The maintenance team address your work order very quick. Neighborhood are very friendly. Close to marketplaces. And they charged a relatively fair fee for the damage while I moved out.
