I visited the restaurant located on the 16th floor. It was a rainy day, so the terrace was not open, but the interior and the atmosphere inside the restaurant is just astonishing. The view is very nice from inside and I can only imagine the view from the outside. The prices are okay for a restaurant in Downtown Chicago, although the service could be slightly improved. The servers were just too slow, but the bartender on the other hand was very polite and very kind. I would also recommend you this place for a quiet evening and drinks ar the bar.
