Spent over a month trying to update my association...

Spent over a month trying to update my association insurance and home insurance with them. Tried uploading through the myloancare portal and by emailing customer service. My insurance representative tried contacting them without success, I was overcharged over $700 for a monthly payment because they picked my own insurance plan. I received multiple letters which I thought was harassing since I had submitted the information multiple times and also to receive a phone call of them asking me questions of things I had already submitted. I was only able to reach someone and not a machine only after I placed a complaint. I searched the website and ended up reaching someone in the lenders side, the staff member himself said they would not borrow money from them. This was a wake up call, and I will be refinancing my home as soon as possible, I was naive since this was my first time buying a home but will definitely research and do a better job at picking a lender next time. Not professional, poor value, quality and unresponsive. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
