I came across Cocolea Furniture purely by accident. I had been searching for a cocoon heater for almost three years. They are very expensive and I was forever waiting for a sale. I had visited almost every store in Victoria that stocked a cocoon heater. Cocolea offered a 15% discount on your first purchase. I did a quick calculation and found that this discount helped me reach my dream of finally buying a cocoon heater. I made an online enquiry and sure enough it all seemed pretty genuine. I made an appointment to meet with Dorina. Yes, she had the cocoon heater I wanted and yes it was at an excellent price. Dorina informed me that the price as advertised was in fact incorrect and that she hadn t updated her website. I knew this to be true because the price it should have been was the price every other dealer had quoted me. Now here s the part that is truly relevant and important, Dorina honoured the lower price as advertised. On top of that, she also applied the 15% discount without blinking an eyelid. She did all this with a big smile, a big generous, kind heart and told me that she was pleased to see me happy. I proceeded to tell her that I loved her furniture and that I was looking for a marble coffee table. Within seconds she shared with me the fact that she had one such table at her showroom in Red Hill. We agreed that she would send me pics and details. Now here s the next relevant and most important part. Not only did Dorina follow through on her word to send pics of the table, she applied another 15% discount. The table measurements did not suit my requirements - Dorina offered to have it made to my specifications. Now, we all love a bargain and top quality furniture at a good price. What stands out about Dorina (owner Cocolea Furniture) is her exceptional care for her customers; the manner in which she makes you feel valued; the fact that nothing is too hard or impossible to make - she will find a way; her impeccable presentation of her showroom and person; and the fact that she delivers on her word. Reliable. Honest. Real. Not pretentious. Not fake. I challenge anyone to find customer service and product quality like that delivered by Cocolea Furniture. Sure, discounts are nice however, for service and quality like this I can assure you that you won t focus solely on price. Stunning furniture. Outstanding service. Each time. Every time.
